    生物质焦油型胶粘剂特性的试验研究

    Experimental study of the adhesive from biomass tar

    • 摘要: 该文从生物质焦油资源的综合利用和环境保护的角度出发,提出用生物质焦油作主要原料研究开发生物质焦油型的高效胶粘剂,对用生物质焦油作主要原料配制成的胶粘剂试样进行外观、密度、酸度、固化速度、不挥发物含量、拉伸强度和剥离强度等特性测试试验。结果表明,生物质焦油含量对所配制胶粘剂粘结特性影响较大,当生物质焦油含量为17.5%时,拉伸强度和剥离强度均较大,粘结效果最佳。

       

      Abstract: The biomass tar from crop stalk is harmful outgrowth in biomass gasification process. It causes environmental pollution, harms gasification system, abandons renewable resources, and lowers gasification efficiency. In this paper, according the first principles of producing adhesive, the quantity of biomass tar was changed to develop a new adhesive. The new adhesive was used to formulate different materials and some properties such as appearance, density, acidity, solidified speed, nonvolatile content, intensities of elongating and peeling were tested and measured. The experiment proves that the content of the biomass tar affects greatly the nature of adhesive, when the content of the biomass tar reaches 17.5%, the intensities of elongating and peeling are higher, furthermore, the effect of adhesive is best. This adhesive is put into use to lumber, rubber and paper material.
