    Mechanism of the screw extrusion of the fruit crusher

    • 摘要: 该文对水果破碎机输送建压过程中的物料进行了运动和受力分析,应用球向量函数建立物料在输送建压过程中的数学模型,求出了物料的相对速度和轴向速度,解出螺旋轴所承受的扭矩,并运用Matlab软件绘制各参数对物料轴向速度和螺旋轴扭矩的影响曲线,分析其运动规律。为水果破碎机的工作参数和结构设计参数提供理论依据,同时为螺旋输送建压机构的工作参数和结构设计参数提供理论参考。

       

      Abstract: Motion and force analysis for conveyed material was conducted when the fruit crusher was working and produced pressure on the screw conveyor. According to the method of global vectors, the kinematics and kinetics models of material particle in the processing of screw extrusion were founded. It solved the velocity of material particle and torsion of the screw conveyor and analyzed influence law of different parameters on velocity and torsion with the help of Matlab in the paper. It can not only provide a theoretical basis for fruit crusher working and design parameters, but also can provide a theoretical references for screw extruder and screw machine design parameters.
