    Experimental study of particle-evaluation equipment for roughage

    • 摘要: 该文对应用震动筛分法进行粗纤维饲料的粒度评价进行了研究,对可能应用的4种筛组进行了具体的试验。提出了评价颗粒分布均匀性的分布绝对误差的指标,并筛选出最优的颗粒分离筛组——方框冲孔筛组,此筛组按试验研究得出最佳的参数组合为:充满系数0.4~0.6(对全混合日粮充满系数可达0.9~0.95),筛分时间2~5 min。

       

      Abstract: The experimental study was made by the shaking-sieving measure for the evaluation of roughage particle-size distribution. In the practical experiment, four sets of practicable sieves were studied. The absolute deviation was put forward for evaluation of particle-distribution precision in the paper. By the experimental study,the optimum set of sieves—square-case punched sieves was selected, and the optimal parameters were obtained by the experiment: loading coefficient 0.4~0.6, sieving duration 2~5 min.
