    汽车液压动力转向器在阶梯路面激励下的试验研究

    Test research of hydraulic power steering gear under the road excitation of ladder road

    • 摘要: 为了研究汽车液压动力转向系统在前轮冲击载荷输入下的响应,该文进行了汽车液压动力转向器在阶梯路面激励下试验。着重分析了在阶梯路面上汽车液压动力转向系统在方向盘脱手和未脱手的两种工况下方向盘转角特性、方向盘转矩特性和转向动力缸的压力特性。试验结果表明液压动力转向器能够很好的吸收来自路面的激励。该研究方法和结果也可为具有液压动力转向的轮式拖拉机越埂、越障等情况提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to conduct research on response characteristics of hydraulic power steering system when fore wheels are shocked, the characteristic of power steering gear under the road excitation of ladder road is researched with test ways. The characteristics of steering angle, steering torque and the pressure in cylinder were analyzed when the steering wheel was held or not in the testing. The result shows that the hydraulic power steering gear could absorb road excitation well. This research technique and result could provide references for wheel tractor bridging over balk, obstacle etc.
