Venlo温室的荷载效应特征及其在工程中的应用

    Features of load effects and application in designing Venlo greenhouse

    • 摘要: Venlo型温室是世界上硬质覆盖材料温室中使用量最大的结构形式,在中国也已经成为玻璃温室和PC板温室的首选结构。该文以Venlo温室钢结构中控制性关键构件边柱和相邻中柱为例,利用温室结构设计专用软件、采用结构有限元分析的方法对边柱和中柱在6种不同荷载组合方式和7种不同跨度下的荷载效应进行了计算,分析其在不同荷载组合和跨度数下的内力变化规律,将结果运用于温室柱网布置、构件材料分布、节点构造等工程设计中,可以有效提高Venlo型温室结构设计的科学性、安全性、降低结构用钢量。

       

      Abstract: Being the most popular structure for greenhouses with rigid cladding material, Venlo greenhouse has become the first choice for greenhouse covered by glass or PC sheets in China. With the help of greenhouse structural software, the load effects on the side posts and mid-posts in seven different span greenhouses are calculated under six different load combinations by the method of structural finite element analysis. The changing regulation of internal forces born on the posts is deduced from above calculation. The greenhouse structural safety, design level can be improved and the steel amount in Venlo greenhouses can be decreased with the application of the analyzing results in greenhouse post arrangement, section selection, structure-joint design.
