    固定式饲草压捆机分捆机构的改进设计

    Improved design of part-bundle mechanism of fixed forage briquetter

    • 摘要: 设计的饲草压捆机采用开式压缩方式,通过一套杠杆组式分捆机构,将连续不断压出的草包装成小捆,便于搬运贮藏。由压缩机构控制杠杆组分捆机构,可保证在压缩活塞回程时落板,充分利用了允许的最大落板时间;采用弹射器将落板时间缩短21.7%,有效地提高了操作的安全性和可靠性。采用MATLAB/SimMechanics对分捆机构和压缩机构的运动进行了模拟仿真,完善了结构设计,同时还减少了捆绳消耗约1/3,并通过了实际应用测试。

       

      Abstract: Open compression style was used in forage press-bundle machine designed. By a group of levers part-bundle mechanism, the continuous compressed pasture was packaged into small bundles, so as to carry and store them. Compression mechanism controls lever-group part-bundle mechanism, which ensures the falling of falling-board when compression piston reaches return position, thus the mechanism makes full use of permitted maximum falling-board time; eject utensil makes falling-board time shorten by 21.7%, it improves effectively safety and reliability of operation. Movement between part-bundle mechanism and compression mechanism is simulated by MATLAB/SimMechanics software model, and structure design is improved further. Bundle ties consumption reduces simultaneously by about one third, and designed forage press-bundle machine is put into practical use.
