    Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of hydraulic pump based on inherent vibration signals

    • 摘要: 为了获得液压泵状态监测及故障诊断的特征信息来进行液压泵的状态监测和故障诊断,通过使用短时傅立叶变换来处理非平稳信号以获得液压泵泵壳振动功率谱,并建立了具体故障诊断监测系统。以ZB轴向柱塞泵的故障诊断为例,验证了利用振动功率谱分析法进行液压泵现场状态监测及故障诊断是一种行之有效的方法。

       

      Abstract: In order to obtain the characteristic messages of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of hydraulic pump, short-time Fourier transform method was used to process non-stationary signals for the hydraulic pump vibration power spectrum, and a computer fault diagnosis testing system was set up. An axial piston pump fault diagnosis is used as an example to illustrate that vibration analysis is an effective way for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of hydraulic pump and that can be applicable on the spot.
