    Design and experiment of vibrating screen of shelling washer for field-snail

    • 摘要: 为减轻田螺脱壳清洗的劳动强度,设计研制了一种结构简单、操作方便的振动式的田螺脱壳清洗机。通过对振动筛曲柄摇杆机构的尺度综合分析,以传动角最大为寻优目标计算出机构的曲柄、连杆、摇杆长度分别为8、180、220 mm;通过机构运动分析和试验研究,得出曲柄转速在600 r/min左右时,脱净率可达96%。

       

      Abstract: In order to relieve the working intensity of field-snail shelling and washing, a kind of field-snail washing machine with simple structure and convenience operation was designed. After analyzing the dimension of crank rocker mechanism for vibrating screen and maximizing the drive angle for optimization object, it is obtained that the length of crank, connection rod and rocker are 8 mm, 180 mm and 220 mm, respectively. Through movement analysis of mechanism and experimental study, it is concluded that the rotation speed of crank is approximately 600 r/min, the threshing rate can reach 96%.
