    Design and development of beer-spoilage microorganism control expert system

    • 摘要: 专家系统是人工智能技术的一个重要的应用领域。该文首次将专家系统应用于啤酒污染微生物控制领域之中,详细介绍了啤酒污染微生物控制专家系统的设计和开发,包括对啤酒及污染微生物相关知识和实验技术知识,并对它们进行信息化处理和加工。啤酒污染微生物控制专家系统(beer-spoilage microorganism control expert system, BSMCES)是应用专家系统的基本原理,利用Apache+PHP+MySQL作为开发平台,设计并实现了啤酒污染微生物控制专家系统。该系统可以实现信息咨询、污染控制、决策支持、技术服务等功能。

       

      Abstract: Expert system is a very important application domain of artificial intelligence technology. In this paper, expert system was firstly applied in beer spoilage microorganism control for artificial intelligence domain. By using basic elements of expert system, knowledge about beer, spoilage microorganisms and experiment technique were organized and processed in the expert system. Beer-spoilage Microorganism Control Expert System(BSMCES) was designed and developed on the platform of Apache, PHP and MySQL. This system has several significant functions, including information consultation, control contamination, decision-making and technology service.
