Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that excessive water makes, soil salinize-alkalization in northwest areas, the characteristics of capillary water upward movement were studied in the homogeneous soil through indoor experiments of soil pillar under the condition that the buried depth of underwater was shallow(only 70 cm from surface). The paper analyzed the relationship between height of upward capillary water and time and the relationship between height of upward capillary water and underwater replenishment. The mechanism of capillary water upward movement was proved. The results showed that there was an obvious linear function relationship between the height of upward capillary water and underwater replenishment and a non-linear power function relationship between them and time.
