降低柴油机排放的多因素匹配试验研究

    Multi-factor experimental study on decreasing diesel engine emission

    • 摘要: 以增压器、喷油器、喷油泵以及供油提前角为试验因素,以降低NOx和PM排放为研究目标,采用单纯形法的多因素试验法,进行了柴油机低排放匹配试验。结果表明:单纯形法可以优选柴油机多因素的匹配方案。多因素匹配结果为:选用进气压力和过量空气系数较大的增压器,适当的增大喷孔孔径,选用柱塞直径较大的喷油泵,适当的调整供油提前角,可使柴油机的NOx和PM排放分别降低了19.8%和26.9%。

       

      Abstract: The experimental factors are supercharger, injector, fuel injection pump and fuel supply advanced angle. The aim of experimentation is to reduce NOx and PM emissions; the way of experimentation is simplex method. It is shown that the simplex method can obtain the best experimentation result by multi-factor diesel engine experimentation method. The results of multi-factor experimentation method show that the big intake air pressure and excessive air ratio of supercharger, suitability of injector properly and the fuel injection pump with a reasonable advanced fuel supply angle properly can reduce the NOx by 19.8% and PM by 26.9%.
