淹没水射流清洗机清洗蔬菜的作用原理与运动分析

    Working principle and kinematic analysis of submerged jet vegetable washer

    • 摘要: 该文介绍了淹没水射流蔬菜清洗机的基本结构特征;根据水力学原理,分析了淹没水射流对蔬菜清洗的作用原理及蔬菜在清洗过程中的运动状态;通过制作试验装置进行试验,验证了蔬菜在淹没水射流作用下的运动规律,为该类清洗机的设计提供了理论依据和试验基础。结果表明:在喷口尺寸、喷口位置等结构参数确定的情况下,喷口射水流速影响蔬菜的运动状态,在该试验装置的结构尺寸下,喷口射水流速达到4.5~5.5 m/s时,可使蔬菜处于良好的搅动清洗状态。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the structure and characteristic of submerged jet vegetable washer. The washing mechanism was analyzed. The flow field of cleaning water and the motion state of vegetables disturbed by submerged jets were primarily investigated. The experiment verified the kinematic law of vegetables under the condition of submerged jets of water, which provided theoretical and test absis for the design of the vegetable washers. The results show that nozzle dimension, position and velocity of flow mostly influence the cleaning effects for vegetable. In present test, when the velocity of flow from nozzle reaches 4.5~5.5 m/s, the vegetable can be washed well.
