Abstract:
By means of quadratic orthogonal test, the mathematic model of the single oblique driven tooth-disc power was set up so that the power consumption of it was calculated accurately and a basic principle was provided for choosing a matched tractor when designing a new type of no-till drill. The results of experiment and theoretical analysis demonstrate that the factor sequence is as follows: the depth of cutting stubbles and ditching, the rotational speed of the discs and running speed, but the combination of them has less influence on the power consumption.
