    果袋透气性对苹果黑点病、Pb及总酸含量的影响

    Influence of bag permeability on black dot disease and the contents of Pb and total acids of apple

    • 摘要: 选择9种代表性的双层果袋进行试验,果实采收后10 d内对果实各项指标按GB10651-1989进行检测,结果发现:果袋的透气性对苹果果实黑点病指数、总酸含量及重金属Pb含量有显著影响。果袋透气性越大,果实黑点病指数越小;果实中总酸含量越高,口感越好;果实中Pb的含量越大(同种条件下),安全风险越高。在保证苹果安全的前提下,苹果黑点病指数越低越好,总酸含量越高越好,结合中国绿色苹果生产标准及现有的技术水平,宜选用透气性为3~5 μm/(Pa·s)的果袋。

       

      Abstract: Filed experiments were carried on by choosing nine kinds of typical bag, the quality of apple was tested according to GB10651-1989 in 10 days after sampling. Results show that the bag permeability remarkably affect the index of black dot disease, the contents of total acids and heavy metal Pb of apple. Bag permeability is higher, the index of black dot disease is lower; the content of total acids of apple is higher, taste is better; the content of heavy metal Pb is higher(in similar condition), security risk is higher. Under premise that ensure apple security, the index of black dot disease is lower, the content of total acids of apple is higher, apple's quality is higher, combined China's green apple producing standard and existing technical level, bags which permeability is 3~5 μm/(Pa·s) should be chosen in apple producing.
