    柞蚕粉微胶囊化制备工艺的研究

    Optimization of technology for tussah powder microcapsulation

    • 摘要: 为了更好得开发利用柞蚕资源,该文通过对微胶囊壁材的初选试验和包埋工艺的研究,确定了以spo-mo350变性淀粉、阿拉伯胶做为壁材,以柞蚕粉做为芯材,利用喷雾干燥的方法制备柞蚕粉微胶囊。通过正交试验确定微胶囊包埋最佳工艺参数为:spo-mo350变性淀粉/阿拉伯胶的质量比为4∶1,进风温度180℃,出风温度115℃,芯材/壁材的质量比为1∶1,壁材占乳化液比例30%,包埋率达86.4%。该微胶囊包埋工艺能够较好的解决柞蚕粉存在的腥味重、易氧化等问题,使其具有更广阔的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: In order to make the better use of tussah, the wall materials and the technology of embedding were studied. The method was confirmed, which used the spo-mo350 denaturalized starch and gum Arabic as wall materials, the tussah powder as core material and spray drying technology. Results show that the best parameters of the embedding of the microcapsule are that the proportion of denaturalized starch to gum Arabic is 4 to 1, the temperature of enter wind is 180℃ and the go wind is 115℃. The proportion of core material to wall material is 1 to 1, the wall material proportion in the emulsificated liquid is 30%, and the embedding rate reaches to 86.4%. This technology of embedding can put the tussah powder to better use of deodorization and is prone to oxidation and has wider foreground.
