基于模糊客户需求信息的农机设计方案及检索示例

    Method of agricultural machinery design retrieval based on fuzzy customer requirement information

    • 摘要: 针对农机设计检索中客户需求信息的模糊性与设计方案特征值的精确性之间的矛盾,在分析模糊客户需求信息表达方式的基础上,通过构建相应的隶属度函数将设计方案特征值转化为对模糊客户需求信息的隶属度,根据加权隶属度最大原则检索与客户需求最匹配的设计方案,最后以农机的收割机为例,给出了模糊客户需求信息设计方案检索的具体步骤。仿真示例说明了该方法的可行性与有效性。

       

      Abstract: In allusion to inconsistency between fuzziness of customer requirement information and accuracy of design case characteristic value in agricultural machinery design retrieval, on the basis of analysis of fuzzy customer requirement information presentation, relevant membership function was developed to transform design case characteristic value into fuzzy customer requirement information membership grade. According to the principle of maximum weighted membership grade, the best matching design case was found out. Finally, the detailed process of agricultural harvester design retrieval based on fuzzy customer requirement information was given. An example shows that this method is feasible and effective.
