残膜分离筛机构的运动仿真与分析

    Motion simulation and analysis of separating sieve mechanism for scrap plastic film

    • 摘要: 研究残膜、残茬与土壤分离装置,建立残膜分离筛运动数学模型,分析残膜等物料在筛面上的运动规律。利用Pro/Engineer软件建立了分离筛的三维模型,通过分析与仿真,优化分离筛机构的结构参数和运动参数,有效地提高残膜的分离率,减小分离筛因往复惯性力引起的振动。试验表明,分离筛的振动频率对残膜的分离率影响较大。当飞轮转速为175 r/min时,分离筛有较强的分离能力,且运转比较平稳。

       

      Abstract: A kind of separating sieve that can detach scrap plastic film and cotton stubble from earth was researched. Mathematical model for motion of separating sieve was established. Motion law of scrap plastic film and sundries on the separating sieve was analyzed. Three-dimensional model for the separating sieve was made with Pro/Engineer software. By means of motion simulation, structural parameters and motion parameters of the separating sieve were optimized. Therefore, separating rate of scrap plastic film increased effectively and its vibration decreased. Experiments indicated that vibration frequency of the separating sieve was the main factor which affects separating rate of scrap plastic film. Separating rate of the separating sieve increases and the machine operates stably when flywheel turns at a speed of 175 r/min.
