Abstract:
As a lot of researchers only used experiment to study the effect of the parameters on the quality of spray, so in this paper, the authors proposed simulation spraying in theory, which was based on the experiment data, and set up a mathematics model in three-dimensional space. After implementing the system, the authors analyzed the simulation results and compared it with the practical data. The result shows that, it is a complex process which is very hard to describe. The model could simulate the process that the drops fly the fruit tree, reflect the key element, and the trend of the deposition-distribution of spraying. In the simulation model, setting different heights of nozzle, the trend of the deposition-rate is more uniform. The profile modeling spray could provide some theoretical references for implementing in the forecast system or manufacture.
