    Transform of heat energy and power in EXT single-screw extruder with self-heating

    • 摘要: 利用能量守恒定律,提出了单螺杆自热膨化机内功热转化方程式,并据此分析了单位生产率条件下功耗和物性参数之间及生产率和转速、螺杆长度、直径间的关系。利用该方程可以定性地分析膨化机设计和使用中的一些问题。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,making use of the law of conservation of energy ,the variation of heat energy and power in the single screw extruder with self-heating was analyzed and a kind of calculating formula about transporting the heat and power was put forward. According to the formula, it provided the relationship between the power consumption of the productivity unit and parameters of material, the productivity and speed of screw, the length of screw, screw diameter. It provided a way to solve the problems for qualitative analysis in the design and use of single-screw extruder.
