Abstract: With the continuing increase of consumers' demands for high safety and quality food, the demands on the performance of food packaging increase. And consumers expect that the packaging can ensure the quality, freshness and safety of food products. Food intelligent packaging system which monitor the conditions of packed food can provide information about the quality of food during transport and storage. This article summarized the key techniques and development trend of food intelligent packaging system.
