壳聚糖红外干燥特性及动力学模型研究

    Drying characteristics of chitosan under infrared ray and its kinetics model

    • 摘要: 干燥是壳聚糖制备过程中必不可少的工序,会对能耗和产品理化性能产生重要的影响。为了寻找壳聚糖低耗高效干燥方法,该文在红外干燥条件下,对壳聚糖的干燥特性进行了研究。结果表明,温度因素对壳聚糖的干燥速率影响较大,随着温度的升高,干燥速率增大,而物料的粒度对干燥速率没有显著影响;紫外可见分光光度仪、黏度法和FTIR的研究结果表明,在120℃的干燥条件下,物料的脱乙酰度、分子量及分子结构没有显著变化;对试验数据进行了拟合,建立了薄层干燥动力学模型,结果显示其吻合性较好。

       

      Abstract: Drying is the essential process in the preparation of chitosan and may have important effects on energy-consumption and its physical and chemical properties. In order to find low-energy-consumption and high-efficiency drying method, the drying characteristics of chitosan under infrared ray were studied. The results show that temperature has more noticeable influences on the drying rate of chitosan than granularity. With the increase of temperature, the drying rate increases. The results by ultraviolet radiation spectrum, viscosity and FTIR spectra show that the degree of deacetylation,molecular weight and molecular structure have few changes at 120℃ drying temperature. The drying kinetics model accurately describing the drying process was derived from the experimental data. The experiment curves agree well with those from the model.
