    4SB-800型半夏收获机的设计

    Design of 4SB-800 harvesting machine for pinellia ternate breit

    • 摘要: 根据半夏的种植特点和半夏块茎的尺寸及其在土壤中的分布规律,确定了与TN-55(TN-654)等拖拉机配套的4SB-800型半夏收获机的总体结构方案,完成了挖掘、输送和分离等主要工作部件的设计计算、参数确定,为块茎类作物收获提供了一种新的机型。

       

      Abstract: Based on the characteristics of Pinellia Ternate Breite(PTB) planting, the sizes and distribution of PTB in the soil, the overall structural layout of 4SB-800 PTB harvester matched with TN-55(or JDT-654) tractor was determined. Also, the design and related engineering analysis for the main working parts of 4SB-800 PTB harvester were demonstrated. All of these are valuable not only for the design of PTB harvester but also for the design of other tuber plant harvesters.
