    Advanced portable data logger for greenhouse environment parameters based on USB

    • 摘要: 为提高温室生产的管理和自动化水平,针对中国农村的经济条件较差、基础设施相对比较薄弱的国情,研究一种具有低成本、高性能等特点的数据采集器。数据采集器以具有USB接口的高性能EZ-USB单片机作为核心器件,以大存储容量的Flash存储器作为数据存储单元;同时为了降低价格减小体积采用串行A/D和键盘输入作为输入单元,为了操作方便采用液晶作为显示单元。采用VC编制了USB主机的驱动以及上位机数据处理软件,设计了实际应用实例。该采集器具有性价比高、体积小、便于携带和使用等特点,适合进一步的推广应用。

       

      Abstract: According to China's actual conditions, which mean comparatively poor economic conditions of farmers and the weak infrastructure in countryside, the data logger, with lower cost and better performance, has been developed in order to enhance the level of greenhouse production management and automation. The data logger, with the core of the EZ-USB singlechip computer which has USB interface and high performance, took the large memory flash chip as memory unit to save the environment data acquired from greenhouse, and took the serial A/D converter and keyboard input module as input key component to reduce the volume and cost, and took the liquid crystal as the display component. The USB host software was programmed using VC++, and an application example was designed. The data logger has a good performance-to-price ratio, small volume, portable and ease of use etc., therefore, it is worthy to spread the application.
