稻茬田油菜免耕播种机开沟部件的研究

    Ditching parts of no-tillage sower in paddy stubble field

    • 摘要: 稻茬田开沟是南方冬闲田大面积推广油菜种植的重要一环,该文采用旋耕弯刀ⅡS245作为开沟的主要部件,设计了稻茬田油菜免耕播种机开沟部件结构,并对以顺铣方式工作的开沟切削抛土过程进行运动学分析,建立了旋耕弯刀横向抛土的数学模型,并用matlab7.0数学软件对其进行数字求解。田间试验表明,开沟部件田间开沟抛土宽度可达1.0~1.5 m,土壤破碎率达90%,开沟作业性能良好,工作可靠,能满足现有油菜等其他经济作物种植的农艺要求,解决了目前免耕开沟难的问题,同时数字求解的结果与试验结果相吻合,为旋耕开沟部件的设计提供了参考依据。

       

      Abstract: The rice second-crop field gutter is one of the important things that the large area winter unoccupied land was planted with rape in the southern China. Presently IIS245 was used as the major component of the ditcher, by which the construction of no-tillage sower in paddy stubble field was designed. And the kinematics analysis was made on the process of ditching and cutting of the ditcher which worked in the same direction of traction. The mathematical model was established in the crosswise throwing of earth, and the result of equation was resolved by Matlab7.0. The field test indicates that the ditcher throws the earth width to be possibly 1.0~1.5 m in the field, the soil broken rate reaches 90%. Ditching operation has a good performance and reliable performance, which can satisfy the agronomy requirements of the existing rape planting and so on. The difficult question of opening ditch was settled in no-tillage. Meanwhile the result of the mathematical model is consistent with the experiment, which provided the theory basis for the ditching part design.
