超声波辅助提取文冠果籽油的工艺条件优化

    Optimization of ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of oil from Xanthoceras sorborifolia burge seeds

    • 摘要: 以文冠果籽为原料,利用超声波辅助提取文冠果籽油。通过单因素试验及二次回归旋转组合试验研究了超声波频率、料液比、提取温度及提取时间等因素对出油率的影响,确定了超声波辅助提取文冠果籽油的最佳工艺条件,建立了提取回归数学模型。结果表明,在试验范围内各影响因素对文冠果出油率作用的大小依次为:超声提取时间>料液比>提取温度>超声波频率,以沸程60~90℃的石油醚为溶剂提取文冠果籽油的最优工艺参数为:料液比1∶10(g/mL),提取温度60℃,提取时间35 min,超声波频率60 kHz,在该工艺条件下浸提三次总出油率60.18%,提取率达92.47%;所建立的数学回归模型能够较准确预测文冠果油的出油率。

       

      Abstract: Xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge seeds were taken as raw materials and the ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology was used to extract seed oil. The single factor experiment and quadratic orthogonal rotation regression combination design were adopted to study the effects of such factors as solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic frequency and time on oil extraction rate. The optimal technological condition of oil extraction from Xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge seeds by ultrasonic was determined, then the extraction regression mathematical model was established. The order of factors that influence the oil extraction rate within the experimental range was as follows: extraction time>solid-liquid ratio>extraction temperature>ultrasonic frequency. The optimal technological parameters of oil extraction from Xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge seeds using petroleum ether with boiling range of 60~90℃ as the solvent should be as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1∶10(g/mL), extraction temperature 60℃, extraction time 35 min, ultrasonic frequency 60 kHz, and under such conditions, the total oil extraction rate after extraction three times is 60.18%, extraction ratio can reach as high as 92.47%, and the established regression mathematical model can predict the oil extraction rate of Xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge seeds accurately.
