微灌用石英砂滤料的过滤与反冲洗试验

    Experimental study on filtrating and backwashing of sandy beds in micro-irrigation filter

    • 摘要: 通过对微灌用砂石过滤器滤料的过滤和反冲洗试验,分别对5种泥沙含量的原水在5个过滤速度和5个反冲洗速度条件下,测定分析了出水浊度随时间的变化规律,提出了滤料对浊度的滤除比率的计算方法,试验结果表明:冲洗流速加大,出水浊度接近清水浊度的时间缩短,正常速度范围内反冲洗在6~7 min内完成;原水浊度与滤后水浊度成正比,过滤速度与滤后水的浊度成正比,浓度在0.1‰~1‰范围内,浊度的滤除比率在40%~60%之间;滤层同样有一个成熟期,在此期间滤后水浊度是变化的。

       

      Abstract: Through the experiment of filtrating and backwashing of grit filter media in micro-irrigation, the change rule of water turbidity with the filter time was analyzed and the calculation method of the filter ratio of media to water turbidity from five different raw water concentrations was put forward at the condition of five filter rates and five backwashing rates. Results show that it can shorten the time of the backwashing water turbidity closing to the clear water turbidity by increasing the backwashing rates. The process of backwashing can be completed in 6~7 minutes at the normal rates. It is in direct relationships between raw water turbidity and filter water turbidity, between the turbidity of filtrated water and filtrate rates. The filtrate ratio of turbidity is in 40%~60% when raw water concentration changes from 0.1‰ to 1‰. Similarly, the filter layer has a mature stage and the turbidity of filter water is changing.
