    Development of model Ⅱ biomass briquette boiler

    • 摘要: 针对Ⅰ型生物质成型燃料锅炉中存在的炉膛温度高、排烟温度高、热损失大等问题,作者对其进行了改进设计,根据生物质成型燃料的燃烧特性,研制出了Ⅱ型生物质成型燃料锅炉。对Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型生物质成型燃料锅炉进行热性能及环保性能试验,结果表明改进后的Ⅱ型生物质成型燃料锅炉热效率更高,较好的解决了Ⅰ型生物质成型燃料锅炉存在的主要问题。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of model Ⅰ biomass briquette boiler, such as higher firing space temperature, higher fume temperature, more thermal loss, its design was improved, and model Ⅱ biomass briquette boiler according to the specialty of biomass briquettes combustion was designed and made. By testing two boilers' thermodynamic and environment performance. It indicated that model Ⅱ biomass briquette boiler had higher thermodynamic efficiency, lower firing space temperature, less heat radiation loss and fume thermal loss than model Ⅰ biomass briquette boiler.
