基于分层结构模糊免疫PID的孵化过程控制

    Fuzzy-immune PID algorithm with hierarchical structure for incubation and hatching process control

    • 摘要: 针对孵化系统具有强耦合、强干扰、大滞后的特点,提出一种基于分层结构的模糊免疫PID(Proportional-Integral-Derivative)算法,首先,前层结构控制采用前馈补偿解耦控制算法消除系统主要控制参数的耦合关系,后层结构控制根据系统主要参数易产生震荡和超调特点,采用模糊免疫PID控制算法,该算法根据模糊控制原理对PID参数模型中的kpkikd进行在线修改,利用生物免疫机理调整非线性函数,然后用免疫修正进一步调整PID系统参数,实现家禽孵化设备中温度、湿度和含氧量的更为精确的智能控制。最后,实际运行结果验证了该控制算法的有效性。

       

      Abstract: Based on incubation control system which is multi-variable, strongly coupled and disturbed, lag largely, a fuzzy-immune Proportional-Integral-Derivative(PID) control method with hierarchical structure was presented. First, the coupling of main parameters was decoupled by the former structure which uses feed-forward decoupling algorithm, then fuzzy-immune PID control algorithm was proposed according to the characteristics of the surge and beyond enactment for the latter structure control, in which the main parameters including kp,ki, and kd were adjusted according to fuzzy rules and nonlinear function was adjusted according to immune correction. Then, the parameters of PID were tuned by using immune regulation mechanism, thus, temperature, humidity and oxygen content in the incubation and hatching process were intelligently controlled. Finally, the running of system verified the effectiveness of the control algorithm.
