Frame retrofit research on certain beach wagon based on parameterized finite element analysis

  • 摘要: 为了解决某客货两用汽车车架的断裂问题,该文运用参数化有限元技术对其车架结构进行有限元建模与静强度分析,并提出了有实际意义的改进方案,为以后类似的产品开发提供了理论依据。由于采用了参数化有限元技术,建模过程具有理想的重复性、开放性与良好的修改性,缩短了产品的改型周期,提高了产品质量。
    Abstract: In order to solve frame breaking problem of a certain beach wagon, the parameterization finite element technology was used to conduct a finite element modeling and the static intensity analysis to its frame structure in this article, and the practical improvement program was proposed, and the theory basis was provided for later similar product development. Because of parameterization finite element technology, the modeling process has ideal duplication, openness and good revision, and it reduces the product modification cycle and improves the product quality.
