    Method for digital design of crop plant type with high photosynthetic efficiency

    • 摘要: 针对传统株型育种研究难以实现作物株型定量化设计的实际问题,在分析生长方程和形态建模理论的基础上,根据植物器官水平、垂直变化规律提出了可控式建模思想。基于此思想,对定量化的株型设计进行了方法研究,结合高光效机理建立可视化的株型数字化设计平台,针对不同地区的环境特点进行定量化的株型设计,同时为优化田间栽培和管理方法奠定基础。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the practical problems that the methods for traditional plant type breeding could not meet the requirements of quantitative design of plant type, based on growth functions and shape modeling theory, a controllable modeling thoughtway was put forward according to the plant organ horizontal and vertical variation laws. Based on this thoughtway, the method for quantitative design of plant type was investigated. In combination with high photosynthetic efficiency, the visualization digital platform for design of plant type was built. Different crop plant types were quantitatively designed for various areas with different environmental characteristics, which laid a sound foundation for optimizing field cultivation and management of crop plants.
