Abstract:
The optimum extraction technology of Danshensu under normal temperature by ultrahigh pressure technique was investigated. The Danshensu was extracted with ultrahigh pressure under normal temperature. The effects of various extraction conditions on extraction yield were optimized by orthogonal test design. The ultrahigh pressure extraction was compared with the conventional extraction method of refluxing boiling solvents under atmospheric pressure ,and the yields of Danshensu were determined by HPLC. The results show that the optimum parameters are as follows: pressure 300 MPa, 80% ethanol as the solvent, pH 13 and 16 h of dipping time .Under the optimum conditions, the extraction yield of the Danshensu is 0.465%. Ultrahigh pressure extraction is not only more extraction efficient, shorter extraction time, less energy consumption, but also convenient for the recovery and purification of the active ingredients of plant materials. In addition, the ultrahigh pressure extraction can be carried out at lower temperatures and is favorable for the thermally unstable compounds. It is suitable for fast extraction of active ingredients from the Chinese medicine.
