风送式喷雾机风筒结构对飘移性能的影响

    Effect of the air duct medication on the spray drift emitted by an air-assisted sprayer

    • 摘要: 为改善风送式喷雾机的飘移性能,为原有喷雾机的出风口设计安装一个锥形导风筒和一个同轴柱形导风筒。试验结果表明:锥形导风筒可以约束气流的运动轨迹,提高气流在水平方向的速度,有效约束雾体、减小能量损失;同轴柱形导风筒可以使风筒出口的气流速度成梯度分布,速度外高内低的气流可约束雾滴的运动轨迹,减小雾滴飘移,使沉积率提高30.6%。

       

      Abstract: For improving the spray performance and making it meet the requirements of working in an orchard, a modification that a cone-shaped air duct and a columnar air duct were installed to replace the original air outlet of the air duct of a conventional air-assisted sprayer was made. The simulation experiments show that the cone-shaped air duct can raise the horizontal speed of airflow, shape the spray pattern and reduce droplet energy loss, while the columnar air duct can make the gradient distribution of airflow speed at the air outlet, and the airflow with higher outer speed and lower inner speed can hold in the movement track of droplets, which can reduce spray drift and make a droplet deposition rate increase by 30.6%.
