Abstract:
The solid model of SLWY-60 excavator was constituted, and the work and motion state model of the excavator was build based on UG and transmitted into ADAMS. The sizes and positions of work devices were parametric. Simulation model for work state was established by means of defining different joints and motion driving. And dynamic simulation for the excavator was carried out. Typical work conditions of the excavator were simulated. The work conditions of the excavator were simulated exactly in the virtual situation, and the work state was analyzed. Compare of the simulation results and work results, the simulation value and real value matched well. The study provides a powerful tool for optimum design of real product.
