作物模型资源构造平台(CMRCP)的构建研究

    Development of crop model resource construction platform

    • 摘要: 为有效促进作物系统数字化研究的深入发展,将集成制造的工业化思想引入作物模型领域,提出了作物模型资源(CMR)及作物模型资源构造平台(CMRCP)的概念。在提炼作物生长通用概念模型的基础上,将作物模型资源分解为通用模型结构、模型算法表示和模型资源映射三部分;并通过模型概念与/或树、模型算法与/或图与模型实现形态相结合,提出了综合性模型资源表示方法。另外,借鉴自适应软件开发方法,基于组件框架、组件组装、模型解析等技术,提出了平台构造原理,表明模型构建任务应该由作物元模型、建模学习机制、模型构造引擎和建模支撑工具共同协作完成。结果表明,构建具有学习能力、自适应和组件化特征的作物模型资源构造平台,可促进作物建模知识资源和软件开发资源的相互转化,并可积累易于共享与复用的作物模型资源库,降低作物模型构建与开发难度,提高农业模型软件开发效率和质量,为作物智能建模提供构建平台。

       

      Abstract: To advance research on digital crop system simulation, the industrialized idea of the integrated manufacturing was introduced into the case of crop modeling, the concept of Crop Model Resource (CMR) and Crop Model Resource Construction Platform (CMRCP) were proposed in this paper. The crop model resource includes general model structure, modeling algorithm expression and model resource mapping. The all-around model representation method of crop model resource was proposed that combines model and/or concept tree, model and /or algorithm graphics with pattern of implementation. Based on component framework, component assembly and model compiling techniques, the principle of CMRCP was established according to adaptive software development. The platform works with crop metamodel, learning mechanism, model construction engine and support tools for modeling. The results show that constructing the CMRCP with ability of learning, adaptability and component characteristics, can advance the crop modeling knowledge resources and the crop model development resources changes, can enhance the crop model resource library for sharing and reuse. It helps to make it easy to conduct crop model construction and development, which improves the quality and efficiency of software development, and provides construction platform for crop intelligence modeling.
