    Online separating technique and device for dehydrated garlic slice

    • 摘要: 目前市场上脱水大蒜片的分选主要靠人工感官进行。大蒜片对人眼的刺激性强,人工分选难以坚持严格、统一的标准,分选精度不易保证,分选结果一致性差。为解决以上问题,该文提出基于计算机视觉的脱水大蒜片分选技术,并开发出相应的自动分选装置。试验结果表明,分选正确率大于80%,带出比小于32%,所开发的技术和装置用于脱水大蒜片的在线分选是切实可行的。

       

      Abstract: The separation of dehydrated garlic slice is determined by human visual inspection so far. It is difficult for human to insist on strict and consistent criteria during inspection due to pungent smell of garlic. The result of human inspection is subjective and inconsistent together with low efficiency. In order to solve the problems above mentioned, a new method based on computer vision measurement was proposed to evaluate external quality of dehydrated garlic slice and a relevant device was developed subsequently. Experiment results show that the new device separates dehydrated garlic slice with accuracy of more than 80% and entrainment rate less than 32%. It is feasible for the new device based on developed method to separate dehydrated garlic slice effectively online.
