组合内窝孔精密排种器清种过程的离散元法仿真分析

    DEM simulation and analysis of the clearing process in precision metering device with combination inner-cell

    • 摘要: 建立了种子和组合内窝孔精密排种器的离散元法分析模型,采用离散元法分析该排种器的清种过程,通过改变排种器的CAD模型(CAD软件设计图)和离散元法计算参数,分析不同尺寸和运动参数排种器的清种性能,并将离散元法分析结果与试验结果进行比较,由此证明了采用离散元法分析排种器的可行性和优点,为精密排种器的研究和优化设计提供了一种新方法。

       

      Abstract: Two-dimensional DEM (the Discrete Element Method) analysis model of seeds and precision metering device with combination inner-cell was established, to investigated the clearing process in the precision metering device using DEM, then the performance of clearing process in various precision metering devices was analyzed through changing the DEM parameters and CAD model (CAD software design) of the precision metering device. Feasibility and advantages for analyzing performance of precision metering devices by DEM were validated through comparing results of DEM simulation and analysis and experiment, through which a new method for studying and designing of precision metering device was put forward.
