农业机械导航中的航向角度估计算法

    Adaptive weighted fusion algorithm for orientation evaluation of agricultural machinery

    • 摘要: 研究农业机械航向角度的动态测量与估计方法,对其导航定位和导航控制具有重要意义。该文以日本久保田插秧机为研究对象,采用HMR3000电子罗盘和ADXRS300微机械陀螺仪组合进行农业机械航向角度动态测试的研究。提出了基于协方差函数的加窗估计算法,用于在线估计电子罗盘和微机械陀螺的测量方差。在此基础上,提出利用自适应加权融合算法,融合电子罗盘和微机械陀螺信息,实现农业机械航向角度的动态测试与精确估计。试验结果表明,所提出的自适应加权融合估计算法适用于农业机械动态条件下的航向角度测试,具有良好的抗干扰能力,可以平滑和滤除测试噪声,为导航控制提供更为精确和可靠的航向角度估计数据且经济性较好。

       

      Abstract: The dynamic heading measurement and estimation method have important significance in positioning and control of navigation for agricultural machinery. The method of orientation dynamic measurement and evaluation was studied in the paper. HMR3000 electronic compass and ADXRS300 micromechanical gyroscope were fixed on Kubata rice transplanter to measure its dynamic orientation. Windows evaluation algorithm based on covariance function was proposed to evaluate the measure variance of electronic compass and micromechanical gyroscope. Based on measurement error, adaptive weighted fusion algorithm was used to integrate the data from two kinds of sensors to evaluate the dynamic orientation of rice transplanter. The experimental result shows that the algorithm is suitable for testing course leading under dynamic condition of agricultural machinery, and has strong anti-interference ability to smooth and filter the measurement noise. The algorithm can provide more precise and reliable orientation data and has better economy.
