持续低温弱光及之后光强对辣椒幼苗光抑制的影响(简报)

    Effects of light intensity on photoinhibition in pepper seedlings treated under low temperature and poor irradiance

    • 摘要: 模拟日光温室低温弱光逆境,以耐低温弱光性不同的辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)品种为试材,以叶绿素a荧光为探针,研究了持续低温弱光和低温弱光后不同光强对辣椒幼苗光抑制的影响,以期为日光温室辣椒栽培中持续低温弱光天气转晴后的光强管理提供依据。试验结果表明,15℃/5℃(昼/夜),100 μmol·m-2·s-1光照条件下处理1~7 d,耐性强的佳木斯辣椒未发生光抑制,而耐性差的陇椒6号处理3~7 d时发生了光抑制。经低温弱光胁迫0~7 d的辣椒叶片在300~1200 μmol·m-2·s-1光下连续照射4 h,均使其Fv/Fm降低。经低温弱光胁迫1、3 d,300、600 μmol·m-2·s-1光照射4 h,陇椒6号叶片的Fv/Fm在弱光条件下可以恢复,800、1200 μmol·m-2·s-1光照射则不能恢复,光合机构发生了不可逆破坏。低温弱光胁迫5 d以上,300~1200 μmol·m-2·s-1光照射4 h,陇椒6号叶片的Fv/Fm均不能恢复。经低温弱光胁迫1~5 d,300~1200 μmol·m-2·s-1光照射4 h,佳木斯辣椒叶片的Fv/Fm在弱光条件下均可以恢复;胁迫达7 d,则300~1200 μmol·m-2·s-1光照射后,其Fv/Fm不能恢复。低温弱光使辣椒幼苗对光抑制的敏感性增强,低温弱光后强光对耐低温弱光性差的品种引起的光抑制程度较耐低温弱光性强的品种严重。

       

      Abstract: Simulating unfavorable conditions of sunlight greenhouse in deep winter, and using chlorophyll fluorescence as probe, the effects of light intensity on photoinhibition in two cultivars of pepper treated under low temperature and poor irradiance stress different in susceptibility were investigated. The objective of this study was to put forward bases on which suitable measures could be taken to control optimal light intensity in greenhouse. The results showed that no photoinhibition occurred in chilling and poor light-tolerant jiamusi treated under low temperature (15℃/5℃, day/night) and poor irradiance (100 μmol·m-2·s-1, 12h photoperiod) for 1~7 days. But photoinhibition occurred in chilling and poor light-sensitive longjiao No.6 after 3 days treatment under the same conditions. Fv/Fm in both cultivars of pepper treated under low temperature and poor irradiance for 1~7 days, and then irradiated under room temperature and 300~1200 μmol·m-2·s-1 light conditions for 4 hours decreased. Fv/Fm in longjiao No.6 leaves treated under low temperature and poor irradiance for 1~3 days, and then irradiated under room temperature and 300 or 600 μmol·m-2·s-1 light conditions for 4 hours, or in Jiamusi leaves treated under low temperature and poor irradiance for 1~5 days, and then irradiated under room temperature and 300~1200 μmol·m-2·s-1 light conditions for 4 hours made a recovery in weak light, indicating that no irreversible photodamages occurred in these leaves. But Fv/Fm in longjiao No.6 leaves treated under low temperature and poor irradiance for 1~3 days, and then irradiated under room temperature and 800 or 1200 μmol·m-2·s-1 light conditions for 4 hours , or in longjiao No. 6 leaves treated under low temperature and poor irradiance for more than 5 days, or in Jiamusi leaves treated under low temperature and poor irradiance for more than 7 days, and then irradiated under room temperature and 300~1200 μmol·m-2·s-1 light conditions for 4 hours could not recover in weak light, suggesting that irreversible photodamages occurred in these leaves. From these results, it was deduced that chilling treatment under low irradiance enhanced susceptibility to photoinhibition in both cultivars at room temperature under 300~1200 μmol·m-2·s-1 irradiance for 4 hours. The longer the chilling treatment under low irradiance and the stronger the irradiance,the more severe the photoinhibition. Compared with Jiamusi, Longjiao No. 6 experienced more severe photoinhibition.
