三维CFD模型预测热压作用下冷库门的冷风渗透率

    Theoretical study and CFD prediction of infiltration rate through a cold store entrance under thermal pressure

    • 摘要: 以一个实际冷库为研究对象,研究在热压作用下冷库大门的冷风渗透速率。分别利用理论分析方法和几种经验公式对穿过冷库大门的冷风渗透率进行了计算分析。同时,通过建立在热压作用下的冷库内外气流流动的三维CFD数值模型,数值分析了在一定冷风机吹风速度时,冷库内和大门处的温度和速度场,以及穿过冷库大门的冷风渗透率。通过比较不同经验公式的计算值和CFD预测结果,表明利用Gosney,Fritzsche和Tamm修正公式与CFD技术所得结果偏差约为5%。

       

      Abstract: The infiltration through the entrance of a cold store in practice was investigated. Several empirical formulate were applied and theoretical method was used to analyze the infiltration through the entrance of the cold store under consideration. Meanwhile, a three-dimensional CFD model was established for the cold store. The temperature and velocity fields of the air flow in the cold store and at the entrance, as well as the infiltration through the entrance were numerically analyzed with an air cooler running at a certain speed. The comparison of the calculated infiltration results shows that the difference between the results obtained with Gosney, Fritzsche and Tamm modified and that obtained with the CFD technique is about 5%.
