动静压液体轴承油膜承载特性的数值分析

    Numerical analysis of load-bearing capacity of oil film for hydro-hybrid bearing using finite element method

    • 摘要: 液压动静压轴承的油膜状态,影响轴承的工作性能。研究动静压轴承油膜的工作性能,将丰富轴承设计理论,提高轴承设计水平。应用固力场和流体场耦合的有限元分析方法,分析了动静压轴承油膜的特性,计算并分析了典型的毛细管节流四腔轴承在各种设计参数下的轴承偏心率与偏位角及轴承偏心率与载荷力之间的关系。研究表明:轴承偏心率与载荷力几乎成一直线,而偏位角随着偏心率的变化较大。从数值上为动静压轴承建立完整的分析基础,提出了一种崭新的实用化的高速液体动静压轴承的理论设计方法。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the effect factor in designing the hydrodynamic and hydrostatic hybrid spherical shaft system set, such as the pressure distribution, bearing capacity, all of the oil membrane pressure and load-bearing capacity for the hydrodynamic and hydrostatic hybrid spherical bearing were analyzed by using the Navier-Stokes equation in spherical coordinates and finite element method(FEM). The results of FEM analysis accord with the experiment values. So, the theoretical basis for designing the hydrodynamic and hydrostatic hybrid spherical shaft system set was supplied by the method.
