生物质制氢的光合细菌连续培养技术实验研究

    Experimental study on continuous culture of photosynthetic bacteria for hydrogen production from biomass

    • 摘要: 为了解决规模化光合细菌生物制氢工艺中,生产菌种连续培养的问题,系统地测定了光合细菌混合菌群的生长曲线,根据标准曲线计算出不同初始OD660值的培养液中光合细菌的倍增周期,结合光合细菌连续制氢工艺对生产菌种的基本要求和工程实际,设计了一套培养液部分循环连续培养实验装置,试运行实验结果显示:在初始菌液OD660值为0.273、厌氧、(30±1)℃、1200 Lux连续光照、培养周期38 h的条件下,部分循环连续培养的出口菌液OD660值可控制在0.38~0.74,符合光合制氢对生产菌种的要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of continuous culture of photosynthetic bacteria(PSB) for scaled hydrogen production, the authors not only synthetically measure the growth curve of PSB, but also calculate PSB doubling time according to different initialization values of OD660 based on standard curve. Also, according to basic demand and engineering practice of PSB for continuous hydrogen production, a set of partially recycled experimental equipment was designed. The experimental results show that the following conditions are in line with the requirements of photosynthetic bacteria hydrogen production: PSB continuous culture and the exit PSB concentration equals to 0.38~0.74, initialization values of OD660: 0.273, anaerobic, temperature: (30±1)℃, ray intensity: 1200Lux, continuous irradiation and culture cycle: 38 h.
