    基于有限元方法的板栗破壳力学特性分析

    Analysis of mechanical properties of Chinese chestnut cracking based on the FEM

    • 摘要: 板栗破壳作为深加工中的首道工序尤为重要。根据板栗的几何尺寸和物理参数,用ANSYS软件建立了板栗的有限元分析模型,对板栗在3种加载方式下的受力状态进行了应力和应变分析。结果表明,在板栗YZ平面的Y方向和Z方向施加载荷的破壳效果优于在XZ平面的Z方向施加载荷的方式,但两种方式都能达到破壳目的,只是最大应力和应变产生的位置和波及范围不同。验证试验结果表明,所建模型具有可行性。

       

      Abstract: Breaking Chinese chestnut shell is the preliminary stage of processing chestnus. On the basis of Chinese chestnut’s geometrical dimension and physical parameters, the finite element model was established by ANSYS. The stress distribution and strain of the chestnust shell were analyzed under three different conditions of force or pressure. The conclusion indicates that breaking effect of loading in the direction of Y and Z in YZ plane are better than that by the type of loading in the direction of Z in XZ plane, and both the two loading methods can reach the effect of cracking the shell, just only the maximal stress and strain are on the different places of shell for above loading types. And the experiment results proved that the model is valuable and feasible.
