    Investigation and analysis of the application of household renewable energy generating systems in Sonid right banner

    • 摘要: 中国西部地区风力资源和太阳能资源都非常丰富,利用当地资源和能源通过发展户用可再生能源发电系统(独立风能、独立太阳能和风光互补发电系统的统称)来解决牧民的用电问题。该文通过对内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟苏尼特右旗牧区户用型可再生能源发电系统的使用情况、牧民经济条件进行调查,分析了当地风能和太阳能等地区资源,推广户用型可再生能发电系统过程中所存在的问题及原因。通过调查发现,支付能力低和技术维护的非专业性是阻碍户用型可再生能源发电系统可持续发展的主要障碍。在现有条件下,通过优化系统配置可以有效的降低系统成本、提高系统使用的可靠性。

       

      Abstract: Wind and solar energy resources are very rich in western china. Because of acting as circumstances permit, we can make use of local advantages of energy resources to solve herdsmen’s problems of using electricity through the development of household renewable energy generating systems which are including of stand-alone wind turbine (WT) generating systems, stand-alone photovoltaic (PV) systems and combined PV-WT hybrid systems. By investigations of herdsmen’s economic conditions and service conditions of household renewable energy generating systems, this article analyzes local wind and solar energy resources, and the problems and reasons in the course of promoted household renewable energy generating systems in Sonid Right Banner, the Xilin Gol League of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Through the investigation, it is found that the major obstacle of sustainable developments is low capacity to afford to and unprofessional technical maintenance. In light of current conditions, it is effective to reduce costs and improve reliabilities by optimized system configurations.
