    水代法从油茶籽中提取茶油的工艺

    Technology for aqueous extraction of camellia seed oil

    • 摘要: 研究水代法提取油茶籽油的可行性和工艺条件,试图为茶油生产提供新的途径。将脱壳去皮的茶籽仁磨碎后兑浆提取,经离心分离得茶油。以提油率和清油收率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,进行了三水平四因素的正交试验,确定了水代法提取茶油的最佳工艺条件为:水料比4.5︰1(mL/g),提取温度75℃,提取时间150 min,浆液pH值9.0。验证试验显示,优化条件下茶籽提油率可达80.28%,清油收率可达90.19%,在试验条件下所得工艺参数可靠。此工艺的确定表明水代法提取油茶籽油是可行的,可作为提取茶油的一种新方法。

       

      Abstract: The feasibility and technical conditions of aqueous extraction process of camellia seed oil were investigated in order to provide a alternative method of camellia oil extraction. After the shell and coat was removed from camellia seeds, the obtained kernels were ground, and then distilled water was added to extract oil. After centrifugation, camellia oil was obtained. With the oil extraction rate and free oil recovery as indicators, single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were carried out. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: camellia seed paste and 4.5 times distilled water was mixed and incubated in 75℃ water bath at pH 9.0 for 150 min. And at the optimum conditions, the oil extraction rate and free oil recovery is up to 80.28% and 90.19%, respectively. This indicates obtained technical parameters are credible. The research shows aqueous extraction technology of camellia seed oil is feasible and can be taken as a alternative method for oil extraction from camellia seed.
