    基于农用地分等的基本农田补划案例分析

    Case analysis of basic farmland addition based on the classification of agricultural land

    • 摘要: 耕地特别是基本农田的占补平衡,直接关系着粮食安全,基本农田数量和质量的占补平衡意义重大。该文将农用地分等成果应用于基本农田补划,借助于GIS空间分析技术,研究补划过程中被占基本农田区位的确定与综合数量和质量的测算,同时提出了补划为基本农田的一般农田的选择依据,主要包括一般农田的质量等级、与交通沿线及城镇农村居民点距离以及保持补划后基本农田的集中连片程度等,在此基础上,利用GIS确定补划为基本农田的一般农田的区位和地块。

       

      Abstract: Occupation-Addition balance of the cultivated land, and especially that of basic farmland, has direct relationship with food security. So it has a great significance to keep the balance in quantity and quality. First, the paper discusses the occupied basic farmland’s location and the calculation of its comprehensive quality based on the classification result of agricultural land and GIS spatial analysis technology. Second, it analyzes the principles of changing the ordinary farmland into the basic farmland, including the quality and level of the ordinary farmland, the distance between the ordinary farmland and traffic trunk lines and town and rural residential locations, as well as the concentration of the basic farmland after the change. At last, according to the analysis above, the paper determines the location and quantity of the ordinary farmland that can be added into the basic farmland with GIS technology.
