    Application of electromagnetic force on automatic vegetable grafting machine

    • 摘要: 为进一步提高嫁接作业生产率并简化机构,在瓜科蔬菜插接式嫁接机上采用电磁力作为主要驱动力,进行了嫁接作业用电磁铁性能、电磁铁阻尼器性能及嫁接机作业性能等试验研究。试验结果表明在使用阻尼器的条件下,电磁力插接式嫁接机可实现正常嫁接作业;与凸轮杆件机械传动方式相比,嫁接机的嫁接作业生产率可提高近43%,并且其综合嫁接成功率可以保持在90%以上。但是,电磁力插接式嫁接机连续作业1 h后,电磁铁线圈升温会导致电磁铁的电磁力下降20%左右,应在设计选型时考虑这个因素。

       

      Abstract: In order to further enhance grafting speed, and to simplify mechanism, electromagnetic power was applied for a cut grafting machine. The performance experiments of electromagnets, dampers and the cut grafting machine were carried out. The results indicate that as the case of using a damper, the cut grafting machine with electromagnetic force can work properly. Comparing with mechanical cam-pole,the grafting speed of electromagnetic force grafting machine increased by 43% with 90% grafting success ratios. However, after one hour of operating the electromagnetic force of the electromagnets used for the cut grafting machine reduced by about 20%, which should be considered in the future study.
