    Outside temperature for heating load in greenhouse design

    • 摘要: 温室采暖设计室外计算温度直接影响温室采暖热负荷的大小,经济合理地确定其取值对保障温室作物的生长、降低温室建设投资、节约能源、提高经济效益等都有重要意义。该文在分析国家和行业相关标准的基础上,借鉴国外经验,提出根据温室的设计使用寿命,采用“一定年限内累年年最低温度的平均值”作为温室采暖设计室外计算温度的计算方法,结合分析国内气象数据,该方法计算所得的温室采暖设计室外计算温度可使温室采暖期的保证率提高到99%±0.5%。同时,给出了最近30年和20年全国温室采暖设计室外计算温度的等值线图,可供温室采暖设计参考。

       

      Abstract: Heating load of a greenhouse heating system is directly related to local outside temperature. Determination of the temperature in greenhouse design is very important for guaranteeing plant growth, decreasing heating equipment investment, and thus for saving energy consumption and improving grower’s economic benefit. On basis of analyzing national and industry standards and using international experiences for reference, this paper concluded that the outside temperature in greenhouse heating system design should use the average minimum temperature over a given periods. They had 99%±0.5% of assurance ratio that the outside temperature was higher than the calculation temperature for greenhouse heat load design. As a guide of the methodology, contour maps of average minimum temperature in the latest 30 years and 20 years were plotted according to the national climate records.
