    竹纤维加工技术的研究进展

    Research and development of technology for processing bamboo fiber

    • 摘要: 竹纤维作为一种新型天然纤维,是当前竹材加工、新材料、纺织领域研究的热点之一,竹纤维的新产品受到社会的广泛关注,但目前竹纤维制备技术还不能满足工业化的使用要求。中国是世界上竹类资源最丰富的国家,采用竹子为原料,寻求高效的生产工艺技术装备,实现高附加值的竹纤维产品的生产,乃当前迫切需要攻克的生产技术难题。该文在介绍竹纤维应用研究背景的基础上,阐述了目前竹纤维机械制备方法和原理,分析了加工技术中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。探讨了竹纤维研究和竹纤维加工技术的发展前景。

       

      Abstract: The bamboo fiber is a new kind of natural fiber, and is in the frontier of bamboo timber processing, new composite and textile research field. The new products made up of bamboo fibre were noticed widely by people.whereas, present preparation technology of bamboo fiber could not meet the needs of industrialization utilization. China has most abundant bamboo resources in the the world. Seeking for efficient production technology and equipment to produce high value-added bamboo fiber using bamboo as raw material, is now an urgent technical problem to overcome.In this paper, the authors introduced firstly the application of bamboo fiber, then mainly expounded the recent mechanical preparation methods and principles of bamboo fiber, the problems in preparation technology were analyzed and solving methods were put forward. Finally, future research directions of bamboo fiber were discussed, the future investigating trends in bamboo fiber processing technology were prospected as well.
