Abstract:
The evaluation method of land comprehensive quality which combines extension theory and evolve harmonious analysis method is described in the paper. It is applied to thoroughly evaluate land quality status and its harmony with urbanization in rapid growth regions. The method is used to integrate individual information related to land quality indicators, to obtain quantitative results of land quality. According to these results, the harmony of different type land qualities was analyzed as well as between land quality and urbanization. Taking as Suzhou city an example. The results show that the comprehensive land quality can be generally categorized to two levels. Farm land quality in Suzhou domain is very good in general, but construction land quality is quite different varying from units to units. The unused land quality is divided into two grades (Ⅰand Ⅲ). In addition, the harmony among different types of land qualities in the urban area multiple units is reasonably good. The harmonization between land quality and urbanization is the best in urban district, followed by the order of Zhangjigang, Changshu, Wujiang, Kunshan and Taicang cities according to the level of extension index. The evaluation results of land quality are consistent with actual situations. Therefore, it is concluded that the method described in this paper is high reliable and can be used to evaluate comprehensive land quality of various regions.
