北京市平谷区农村居民点用地空间结构调整

    Spatial structure adjustment of rural residential land in Pinggu district, Beijing

    • 摘要: 农村居民点用地空间结构调整是建设社会主义新农村的基础性工作之一。针对农村居民点用地的巨大差异性,其用地空间结构调整应坚持分类整治的原则。该文基于对农村居民点现状类型、生产条件、生活条件和发展基础4方面考虑,选取相关定量指标,采用可达性测算、适宜性评价、聚类分析等定量分析方法,在农村居民点斑块水平上将北京市平谷区农村居民点划分为积极发展型、内部挖潜型、自然衰退型、搬迁兼并型4类用地空间结构调整类型,进而分析了其用地特点和空间结构调整方向。研究结果体现了土地利用的现状及适宜性,符合当地实际,对农村居民点用地空间结构调整具有一定指导意义。

       

      Abstract: The spatial structure adjustment of rural residential land use is one of the fundamental tasks of constructing the new socialist countryside. Because of large differences of their characteristics among them, the rural residential land should be classified firstly when its spatial structure was adjusted. In this paper, taking Pinggu district as study area, concerning factors in four aspects including status quo type, living condition, produce condition and development foundation were considered employing the methods of cluster analysis, the suitability evaluation and accessibility calculation, etc. comprehensively, when rural residential land of Pinggu district was classified in the patch level. Four kinds of land adjustment types were got: developing-positively-type, potential-digging-type, convalescent-naturally-type and migratory-and-mergering-type. And their land adjust directions and modes of each type were discussed respectively then. The study result, which embodied land use status quo and suitability, will contribute a lot to rural residential land spatial adjustment in practice
